Sauna-Akka is the Sauna Heritage Artist, Laura Foon. She creates multisensory art in the form of immersive sauna rituals and treatments, to engage participants on a deeper level\u2014physically, emotionally, and culturally to the intangible cultural sauna heritage of Finland.<\/p>

The goal of sauna heritage cultural immersion is to offer participants a way to experience the sauna as it has been practiced through generations\u2014not just as a place for relaxation but as a holistic cultural experience that encompasses wellness, spirituality, connection to nature, and communal bonding.
